John Holborow.
With decades of leadership in the music and entertainment industries, John brings invaluable insight to entertainment and digital transformation challenges.
Formally the Managing Director of the Beggars Group, the UK's leading independent label, he has a house full of gold discs and has the occasionally controversial distinction of making The Prodigy, Dizzee Rascal and White Stripes, amongst others, into the global successes they were.
John was deep in the music business throughout the profound digital upheaval of 90s and 00s where he helped guide the approach of Beggars, and then Sony Music through their respective transformations from labels to digital powerhouses whilst maintaining their creative integrity.
He took that experience into the world of gaming, helping Playstation develop its global supply chain, extend its online retail presence and establish the teams and processes to develop and launch new products.

Andy Annett.
Andy is an entrepreneur from the brand and communications who grew and sold a pioneering agency business. The business was a multiple awarded agency with a unique business model, now much replicated.
He has always driven a multi-client portfolio, and has global experience, working across every continent, but has a specific focus on Asia, having lived in Singapore and in Myanmar for several years.
Today he holds NED and Chair positions across several organisations, and mentors founders and senior leaders through the moments that matter — fundraises, pivots, first hires, exits. His investment and M&A experience means he has sat on both sides of those conversations.
Key expertise includes working on hardware and software, sustainability, mission-driven enterprises and start ups, a belief that commercial ambition and meaningful leadership aren't in tension. Many of the leaders he has mentored for years are still in touch — not because they have to be, but because it keeps working.
We work together. We don't have a mantra, we don't have a play book, but as every leader is unique and every scenario nuanced, we bring specific experience and reference points to inform how we best address challenges together.
